50 Year Roof Tile Limited Product Warranty

Columbia Roof Tile Limited warrants the roof tile for a period of fifty years from the date of purchase against water penetrating through individual tiles. Within the warranty period, Columbia Roof Tile Limited will supply, at no cost to the purchaser, replacement tiles for those proven defective.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

1. Damage as a result of fire, acts of God, natural disaster, vandalism, civil commotion, war, building settlement, improper building design or workmanship, inadequate drainage, roof traffic, and other damage caused to the tile.
2.Changes of colour of the tile.
3. Cracking or chipping.
4. Damage to the tile caused by incorrect installation, including failure to comply with CSA installation instructions (A220.1).
5. Defects or failures of accessories or other material used on roof.
6.Installation or shipment of replacement tiles.
7. Removal of defective tiles.
8. Columbia Roof Tile Limited will not be liable under any circumstances for incidental damages, injury to persons or damage to property or improvements.
