This detail gives clearance for tiles below the end of the barge board. The height is measured from the rafter. Note to increase as indicated if a plywood deck is to be installed. NOTE: for solid decks increase dimension (D) by thickness of deck plus thickness of counter batten. Refer to specifications on plans.
