This simple jig provides the required 1 1/2" raise fascia height. The tile rests on the highest point of the fascia. Tack two jigs to the rafters or trusses, suitably spaced for the length of fascia to be installed. Raise fascia until it touches jig and nail in place. This jig works for all roof pitches. Jig is constructed by nailing a 24" x 2" x 4" on the flat on top of another 18" x 2" x 4" as shown. This can be tacked in place temporarily for exact fascia location.
